Guide to eBooks at the Vanier College Library

The purpose of this guide is to help students and teachers access eBooks through our library.

Getting started with JSTOR eBooks

JSTOR offers access to scholarly content in the form of journal articles and eBooks, including research reports, book and literature reviews, and primary sources. It covers a wide range of topics such as the arts, history, science, law, humanities, and social sciences. Here's how to access the collection:

  1. Visit the library website to access the Vanier College Database List
  2. Select JSTOR from the list of databases.
  3. Sign in to your Vanier account:
    • For students: Sign in with your student number @edu.vaniercollege.qc.ca
    • For employees: Sign in with your Vanier Pass @vaniercollege.qc.ca
  4. When browsing the collection, you can refine your results by Books or Book Chapters
